Did a site visit to Bestech Park View Ananda last weekend. Kids have moved out, so we're looking for a smaller, manageable flat, not such a big place anymore. The project seems well-maintained for its age, but my main question is about the floor plan efficiency for the 2BHKs. Matlab, carpet area feels a bit tight sometimes, is it practical for daily living long-term? Also, since it's an older, completed society, will its resale value hold up well a few years down the line? We're selling our current property, so this is important. Hospital nearby hai kya? Any existing residents, please share your experience.

Haan yaar, I also felt the 2BHK carpet area was a bit small during my visit. For ₹1.5 Cr, I'd expect more space, especially for a family relocating. Resale value ka bhi tension hai, will it appreciate or just hold steady?
Exactly! I saw a 2BHK in a new project near Basai for a similar price and the space felt much better. Ananda ka layout thoda outdated lagta hai, like they didn't factor in modern living needs
