DLF ka track record Sohna mein mixed reviews wala hai. Mere ek colleague ne DLF project mein book kiya tha Baliawas ke paas, 2 saal late delivery hui hai abhi tak. Construction quality theek hai but delays bahut common hain. Possession ke time bahut extra charges maangte hain, like club membership, maintenance advance, power backup installation. Saara budget hil jaata hai end mein. Be careful, these small charges add up like crazy.
