Been paying rent for 5 years now, honestly fed up. Finally taking the plunge in Greater Noida. Hearing a lot about the 'Gated Community' corridor. Is that area still undervalued or has it already peaked, yaar? Which specific sectors or projects within it offer the best investment value right now?

Bhai log, finally decision le raha hu Greater Noida mein ghar lene ka. Rent se toh pak chuka hu. Yeh Gated Community corridor kaafi hype mein hai, especially around Alpha I Greater Noida. Mera budget 70-80L tak hai 2BHK ke liye. Kya lagta hai, abhi bhi investment ke liye sahi time hai ya prices peak kar chuke hain? Koi specific project suggest karo jo delivery time aur quality mein theek ho, and future appreciation potential ho. Bohot nervous hu yaar, life savings daal raha hu.
