Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for a unit in Prestige City, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do site inspections. My main concern is long-term operational issues affecting rental yield. Bangalore mein water supply ka scene kya hai Prestige City mein? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Reliable water is critical for tenant retention. Elevator quality and maintenance response time bhi important hai. Slow or frequently breaking elevators deter good tenants. Any ground-level insight on these basics? How do such factors truly affect property value and resale?
