Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm looking at Aerocity ya New Chandigarh, especially with the Mohali Airport expansion and PR7 road. Parents bolte hain prices already high hain, but I feel growth potential hai. Is it wise to invest in SBP Group or Godrej Properties there now? Or are these infra projects ka completion timeline realistic, ya delays honge? Don't want to overpay for future promises. Any experience with current prices, like a 2BHK near ₹80L, for these areas?
