₹80,000 rent every month – I'm so done with throwing money away! Finally taking the plunge for a 3BHK in Greater Noida, thinking of Manglam Shagun City Center. But yaar, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Suna hai plaster cracks aur seepage issues aate hain baad mein. Aur RERA compliance kitna strong hai inka? Long-term mein, 5 saal baad iski resale value kaisi hogi? End-user ke liye sahi hai ya just investment?

Haan, RERA compliance toh sabse pehle check karna chahiye. Builder ne date extend kar di toh bahut problem hoti hai. Meri friend ka possession 6 mahine late ho gaya Alistonia Estate mein, tabse darr lagta hai. Isliye Manglam ka RERA status clear hona chahiye.

Bhai, Manglam Group ka track record Jaipur mein bhi average hi raha hai. Greater Noida mein toh aur bhi dikkat ho sakti hai. Quality issues ki complaints kaafi suni hain inke dusre projects mein. Plaster cracks aur seepage toh common hai. Be careful!
Nahi bhai, Manglam ke projects mein quality issues kaafi common hain, especially finishings mein. Mere ek relative ne Ajayabpur mein liya tha, same problem. Seepage baad mein pakka aati hai. Unhone toh builder ko call kar kar ke thak gaye, koi sunta nahi.
Yaar, but Manglam Shagun City Center naya project hai. Kya pata improve kiya ho? Sirf suni sunayi baaton pe kaise rely karein? Koi proof hai kya?
