Manohar Singh & Co. ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai bhai. Construction-linked plan sounds good on paper, but you need to check their RERA status very carefully and past project delivery timelines. Often, they delay and then the 'construction-linked' payment becomes a burden when your EMI starts without possession. Hidden traps toh bahut hote hain – extra charges for amenities, club membership, parking, jo brochure mein mention nahi hote. Budget-conscious ho toh yeh sab add hokar bahut zyada ho jaata hai. Better to check all these before signing anything.
