Did a quick virtual tour of Central Park projects in Baharampur Naya last night. I'm based in Dubai, so visiting isn't easy. Planning to invest in Mohali, maybe a 2BHK. Not sure if under-construction or ready-to-move is better for NRIs. RERA horror stories sunke darr lagta hai, especially since I can't do regular site inspections. How do you guys manage property from abroad? Power of attorney trust issues hain. Also, advertised rental yields are like 3-4%, but real mein kitna milta hai? Aur koi reliable property manager recommend kar sakta hai kya? Thinking about Sectors 82-84 too. Confused hoon yaar.
