Honestly, I'm feeling a bit lost trying to figure out this Hyderabad real estate scene. Currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, but family badh rahi hai, so thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Already have a home loan, so har decision carefully lena hai. Was checking out Moula Ali. Prices wahan pe seem okay, like ₹90L-₹1.2Cr for a decent 3BHK, but is that justified? Like, future appreciation ka kya scene hai? Log bolte hain investment potential accha hai, but kitna realistic hai 3-5 saal mein? Also, daily commute ka kya haal hai from Moula Ali? Office Financial District mein hai, so traffic ka tension rehta hai. Koi actual resident bata sakta hai ground reality kya hai? Is it worth the price jump?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Main bhi Moula Ali dekh raha tha for a 3BHK. Gachibowli se shift karna hai but budget tight hai. 90L-1.2Cr seems a bit steep for that area right now, especially when compared to the infrastructure. Commute to Financial District is my biggest worry too, it's already a nightmare from Hi-Tech City sometimes. Matlab, kitna time lagega sach mein?
