Stuck on negotiation, need real Ghaziabad experience

Visited a LandCraft project in Kamla Nehru Nagar last weekend. They quoted ₹78L for a 3BHK, but I'm honestly not sure how much negotiation room there is. My parents keep saying always bargain, but is it even possible with builders here? Also, what are the *real* all-in costs beyond the property price? Worried about hidden charges.
