₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Kokapet, and Salarpuria Sattva is really pushing their construction-linked payment plan. Builder bol raha hai ki it's flexible, but EMI ka tension alag hi hai, especially for a first-time buyer like me. My budget is around ₹1.5-1.8 Cr, so every penny matters, you know? I'm wondering if a higher down payment actually helps negotiate better terms or if these CLPs are just a way to lock you in without real benefits. Honestly, should I go for this ya phir bank se loan lekar straight full payment kar doon? Has anyone faced hidden terms with Salarpuria Sattva's CLPs? Or is it just better to negotiate hard for a spot discount on the total price instead of these payment schemes? Samajh nahi aa raha.

Yaar, same boat! Kokapet mein prices toh sky-high hain. 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK sounds a bit steep, even for Salarpuria. CLP mein problem ye hai ki builder delays karte hain aur EMI toh chalti rehti hai. Full payment ka option suna hai, but usmein initial outflow bahut zyada hota hai. Kya koi aisa option hai jismein builder guarantee de ki project time pe complete hoga?
