Should I go for a construction-linked plan or just pay upfront for a flat in Princess Park? Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable, maybe a 2BHK. Vikram Properties has some options. Also, is it better to buy direct from the builder or use a broker for a resale flat in Dwarka? Honestly, not sure if secondary market deals give more room for negotiation on price. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr, but want to avoid surprises. Any experience with this, ya know, for a smaller place in Delhi?
