Is construction-linked payment plan always better for bank-funded projects in Hyderabad? I work in real estate, but for my own Salarpuria Sattva flat in Tellapur, I'm genuinely confused. Builders often push CLP, especially if they're bank-funded, saying it's low risk. But I'm hearing direct sales teams have more flexibility for upfront payments. Matlab, are we missing better deals by not going direct for a lump sum? Brokers sometimes don't know the full picture here. Kya lagta hai?

Haan bhai, exactly! DLF Cybercity mein bhi yahi chal raha hai. Sab CLP hi bolte hain. It's like they don't even want to discuss other options.
