Stuck on Pocket B's real value for an upgrade.

Pocket B — everyone glorifies the location, but honestly, ₹3Cr+ for a 3BHK? My 2BHK is fine. Is that price jump truly justified? I doubt the ROI. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this bhai! I'm also looking for a 3BHK upgrade but the prices in Pocket B are just insane. My cousin bought a 3BHK in Alaknanda a few years back for way less, and it's a great locality too
