I think people underestimate how hard it is to exit a bad investment. Looking at Prestige City, the current price is ₹85L–₹2.5Cr. But what about resale liquidity? Is there a strong secondary market, or will I be stuck competing with new launches? What capital appreciation can we realistically expect in 5 years? Honestly, not sure about the long-term prospects here beyond initial buzz.
