Bhai, Ajnara Belvedere ka toh sunte hi darr lagta hai. Ready to Move hai, but possession date 2022-12-30 thi, phir bhi logon ko abhi tak issues aa rahe hain. Mere ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein liya tha, wahan bhi quality ka bahut rona hai. Builder sirf marketing mein paisa lagate hain, construction mein nahi, yehi sach hai. Usne toh finally ek property Alpha-II Commercial Belt ke paas bech di, took a loss, but got out of that mess.
