Stuck on real cost: Geown Gottigere 3BHK
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on understanding the real cost. We're looking at a 3BHK, maybe in Gottigere, Geown Properties ke projects dekh rahe hain. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids, and good schools nearby. Base price toh theek lagta hai, but yeh all-in cost ka calculation samajh nahi aa raha. Kitna extra lag jaata hai stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking mein? Aur floor-rise premium, is it actually worth paying for a higher floor, ya just builder ka tareeka hai? Hidden charges ka bhi darr hai. Kya builders possession ke time pe kuch unexpected charges daalte hain? Suna hai bohot log surprise hote hain. Koi apna experience share kar sakta hai ki Geown ya similar builders ke saath kaisa raha? Humara budget 1.8 Cr tak ka hai, but I'm worried about these extra costs pushing it way up. Any advice on how to get a clear picture of the final amount?

Bhai, exactly my situation! Geown ke projects hum bhi dekh rahe hain, especially near Gottigere. My biggest fear is hidden costs. Base price dekh ke lagta hai, 'chalo ho jaayega', but then you hear about stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance advance... sab add karke budget out of control ho jaata hai. Did you get any clear breakup from them yet?
