Stuck on rent vs buy in Faridabad, need advice

Been renting in Faridabad for almost five years now, and with kids growing up, we desperately need a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a good school for them and a safe neighbourhood. We've seen some BPTP and Puri Constructions projects in Neharpar, like Sectors 84-85. But the big question is, should we finally buy or keep renting? EMI kaafi high lag rahi hai, but rent bhi wasted money lagta hai. Is Faridabad mein rent vs buy ka math actually working out? Also, yeh Delhi-Mumbai Expressway aur FNG Expressway se kitna farak padega price pe and daily commute pe? Not sure if these newer sectors are fully developed for family life yet. Koi real experience share karega please? Especially about schools and safety near Greater Faridabad.
