My current lease is up in 3 months, and I'm seriously debating rent vs. buy in New Delhi. I work in real estate, but for my own money, it's different. Seeing 3BHKs in Saket or Vasant Kunj for ₹3-4 Cr, the EMI seems huge. Matlab, is the rental yield here even making sense for buyers, ya just end-use sahi hai? What's the community's take on the actual math for a 3BHK?
