Stuck on Sattva Lake Ridge, need local opinions
Did a virtual walkthrough of Sattva Lake Ridge yesterday and need some ground reality from locals. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a site inspection myself or chase sales reps in person. How is Salarpuria Sattva's customer support once booking is done? Do they actually share regular milestone updates, or go silent? Also worried about their on-time delivery record here. Really not sure if I should sign off power of attorney just yet...

As a nervous first-time buyer with strict EMI limits, hidden delays terrify me because pre-EMI plus Dubai rent will break my back. Salarpuria Sattva has a long track record since 1986 as you mentioned, but please get a local third-party engineer or surveyor to visit the exact plot before putting hard money. One wrong POA clause and you will be stuck running between lawyers and banks from thousands of miles away.
Is the construction actually happening as per promised schedule on site right now, or are things lagging behind?
Ground reality is that foundation work took time, but right now structural progress looks active. Still, on-time delivery track record across the industry is shaky, so keep at least a 6 to 9 month buffer in mind regardless of what their brochure says.
To answer your question about milestone updates, they do have an online CRM portal where photos get uploaded, but honestly the frequency is very erratic. Sometimes two months pass without a single site photo and you are left wondering if construction actually stopped. I had checked projects near Attapur and Begumpet earlier, and whenever I asked for specific slab casting updates, the relationship managers took ages to revert. If you don't have relatives locally to push them, it gets super frustrating for first-time buyers on a tight budget.
Attapur side rates are already touching 7500 per sqft now, market in Hyderabad is moving too fast for budget buyers. But if customer support goes silent after taking money, then what is the point of paying premium prices?

Bhai mera bhi same situation tha last month, pure anxiety attacks aa rahe the. Sales team calls you ten times a day before booking, but once token amount is swiped, getting an email reply takes a week.
