Stuck on Sector 143B: future vs reality?

Visited a couple of projects in Sector 143B last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Noida Extension, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Everyone glorifies 143B's future, but no one talks about daily living. Is it actually safe for families, especially after dark? Matlab, markets kitne close hain? Koi hidden issues hain kya, ya bas airport hype hai? Change my mind.
