Stuck on Sector 32 traffic and parking worries

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. All that 'super area vs carpet area' spiel builders give? It hits different when it's your own money. I'm looking at Sector 32 in Noida Extension for a 2BHK, maybe a small 3BHK. It's commercial, I know, but some residential options look decent. My biggest worry is traffic, honestly. During peak hours, is it a complete nightmare? And parking – is it a daily battle for residents or manageable? Also, any upcoming infra that could make things worse or better? Need some honest, off-the-record opinions from people living there. What's the ground reality?
