Since last Diwali, I've been eyeing properties in Gurgaon. Specifically looking at Sector 49 for investment, but prices seem really high right now. Kya lagta hai, are current prices justified for a 3BHK, say around ₹2.5 Cr? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Long-term investment ka plan hai, 3-5 saal. Resale market kitna liquid hai wahan? Aur rental ROI ka kya scene hai? Any builders to avoid ya ache options?

Yaar, I totally get your point. Sector 49 has seen massive appreciation post-COVID. For investment, 3-5 years might show decent returns, especially with the infrastructure coming up. But ₹2.5 Cr is definitely on the higher side unless it’s a premium builder with good
Bhai, Sector 49 mein ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK? Bahut high lag raha hai yaar. Pata nahi justified hai ya nahi, but entry point bahut important hai.
