Budget finalised, loan pre-approved. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I see through builder marketing. I'm eyeing Gurgaon's 'Top Builders' corridor. Has it peaked, or is there still solid undervaluation for long-term ROI? Not after quick flips. Should I consider projects by DLF, Emaar, M3M? Or do sectors like 65, 66, or even 71, 72 offer better growth? What's the real ground reality, off the record? Any specific projects or smaller builders offering genuine 2/3 BHK value? Not sure if prices justify future appreciation. Need honest opinions.
