Stuck on true property cost, need Delhi insights

Rent payments are just dead money, yaar, I'm finally taking the plunge in Delhi. Sarai Jullena mein ek 3BHK dekh raha hu, Ambience Group ka. Builder quoted price toh dikha dete hain, but what about the actual all-in cost? Like stamp duty, registration, parking, PLC – kitna add ho jaata hai total pe? Also, construction-linked plan better hai ya down payment karke loan lena? Honestly not sure how to calculate the true EMI. Koi experience share karo please.
