Stuck with builder issues, need honest Pune opinions

My ₹85 lakh 2BHK in Hinjewadi, Kolte-Patil ka project, just 3 months in, and already regretting it. Construction quality issues abhi se dikh rahe hain – plaster cracks, kitchen leakage, paint finish average. Possession par surprise charges, like maintenance deposit, PLC, jo pehle nahi bataye the. Builder ka customer support after booking? Literally zero, calls uthate hi nahi. Friends with Godrej Properties in Baner ya Kumar Properties projects ka experience better sunne mein aaya hai. Is it just my bad luck with Kolte-Patil? For next investment, I need real experiences. Which builder actually delivers on quality and doesn't have hidden charges?
