Stuck with Orion One 32 delays, what's next?

Honestly, even working in real estate, I feel like I'm getting played with Orion One 32. The brochure promised possession by Q4 2023, but now they're vaguely hinting at mid-2025. What's the actual project delivery status? I know the super area vs carpet area games, but this timeline shift is just frustrating. Are others here seeing similar delays? And about the amenities, will they actually be functional at possession, or just photoshopped dreams? Not sure if I should wait or fight for compensation.
