Studio apartment amenities are never what they seem
Is Amaroo Greens Studio Apartments just good on paper, or genuinely livable for a first-time buyer? I'm looking at it for my first place. The brochure makes the amenities sound fantastic – gym, pool, green spaces. But honestly, I'm super worried. Are these things actually functional? Or is it like other projects where half the stuff is broken or just never finished even after possession? My parents keep saying studio apartments can feel tiny real quick. I'm wondering about the actual carpet area efficiency there. Is it enough space for daily life, or will I feel cramped? And what about noise levels and air quality? Ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's a good home or just an investment trap. Anyone living there, or who visited recently, can you share your actual experience, especially about the amenities and daily living quality?

Yaar, I'm also eyeing Amaroo Greens but this 'ONGOING' status for a 2021 possession date is a huge red flag for me. Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhta hai, but actual mein amenities ka kya haal hai? Kahin paise doob na jaayein.
Sahi baat hai. Possession date 2021-12-01 thi, abhi tak 'ongoing' matlab builder ka track record sahi nahi lag raha.
