The RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/210804/004238 is there, but what about the actual possession date of 2026-12-01? Will they even deliver on time? Aur maintenance charges, koi idea hai per sq ft kitna lagta hai?

Totally agree with you! Subram Jade Gardens ka naam toh bahut suna hai, but yeh amenities ka fraud toh har jagah chalta hai. Sales team bas sapne dikhati hai. Maintenance charges ka bhi koi clear idea nahi dete pehle.
Aur phir possession ke time pe additional charges bolte hain. Mera friend ka Subram project mein yahi hua tha. Amenities ke naam pe sab extra. Budget pura hil jaata hai last minute.
