Completed projects in Delhi offer some peace of mind, but the real ROI is always the question. I'm eyeing Sudarshan Apartments, priced ₹1.15 Cr–₹2.75 Cr, as an investment. Being based in Dubai, I can't do a site inspection myself, which is a major concern. What's the *actual* rental yield folks are getting there? And how liquid is the resale market?
