Sudarshan Apartments: is daily living really worth the price?

Is Sudarshan Apartments genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf brochure pe accha lagta hai? Kids have moved out, so we're planning to sell our big house and move to something smaller, more manageable. Resale of existing property se funds aayenge. I'm looking at Sudarshan Apartments, prices ₹1.15 Cr se ₹2.75 Cr. Honestly not sure if it's the right choice. My main priorities hain low maintenance, good society vibe, aur hospital paas ho. Society ka community feel kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Aur maintenance charges monthly kitne aate hain? Elevator toh hai, but daily convenience kaisi hai? Any current residents can shed some light on the real-world experience and neighborhood quality?
