Fed up of renting yaar, finally taking the plunge in Bangalore. I'm looking at Sudarshanam Siri Vinayaka, but honestly, I think its capital appreciation potential is totally overhyped. Everyone talks about future growth, but kitna appreciation hua hai since launch? I'm worried it will mostly attract investors, making it a ghost society with low resale liquidity. Agar mujhe 5 saal mein exit karna pada, will I even find a genuine buyer? Change my mind.
