Sujjan Vihar construction update: worried about quality

My agent sent some new videos of Sujjan Vihar's construction progress. From Dubai, it's hard to tell actual quality. Looks okay from far, but under-construction projects mein finishing aur fitting ka kya scene hota hai? Worried about water supply too, especially with Gurgaon ki issues. Is borewell reliable for long-term ROI? Any experiences?

Bhai, Sujjan Vihar? That project has been around forever. Possession date 2005-10-01 hai, right? Why are they still showing construction videos? This sounds like a classic case of a perpetually "under construction" project. Quality toh door ki baat hai, pehle completion toh ho. Gurgaon mein aise bahut builders hain jo bas photos dikhate rehte hain, aur phir first-time buyers phans jaate hain.
