Sun Affordable Flats: Real space aur neighborhood pe confusion?
Been looking for months now and Sun Affordable Flats seems interesting, pricing ₹25.50L se start ho rahi hai. But I'm really confused about the actual carpet area. Brochure mein toh sab theek lagta hai, but real mein kitna efficient hai space? Kisi ne visit kiya hai kya? Also, neighborhood kaisa hai? Schools aur daily market access kitna door hai? Daily life ke liye kitna practical hai ye project? Should I consider it seriously ya just good on paper hai?

Bhai, 25.50L se start toh theek hai, but Sun Affordable Flats ka RERA status 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. Ye kaise possible hai 24 units ke liye? I thought 8 units se zyada pe RERA mandatory hota hai. Is this a red flag or am I missing something? Nervous hoon yaar.
U1, you're right to be nervous! RERA rules say above 8 units or 500 sq m area, registration is compulsory.
