Sun Freedom Fighter Floors construction quality is appalling

2.5 years since possession at Sun Freedom Fighter Floors, and the seepage is constant. My kids moved out; I don't need this headache. Is their maintenance team responsive? What's others' experience?

Yaar, Sun Real Estate ka toh naam hi kharab hai. Mere ek dost ne bhi kahin aur unka project liya tha, same issues. Kya aapne RERA mein complaint ki hai? Maintenance team se baat karne ka kya fayda jab construction hi weak ho?
