Just moved into my Suncity flat in Chakkarpur last month. Matlab, the final all-in cost was shocking! Brochure mein price aur tha, but super area ka game aur PLC charges ne pura budget hila diya. Builders ki ye tactics kya hain? Anyone else faced this?
