Phone uthate nahi, emails ka reply nahi. Jo brochure mein dikhaya tha, uska 50% bhi nahi mila hai. Itni mental stress de di hai usko, he regrets booking there.

Brochures toh sabke high-fi hote hain, asliyat mein ground pe bahut difference hota hai. Amenities ka toh poochho mat, half-baked milengi ya phir kabhi banegi hi nahi.
