Suncity Vatsal Valley: Green space aur parking ka experience?
Since my kids moved out last year, I've been seriously looking at downsizing from our big house. Suncity Vatsal Valley Independent Floors 1 Gurugram mein dekha hai. My main concern hai ki green areas kaise hain wahan? Brochure mein toh sab acha dikhta hai, but actual open space kitna hai? Aur parking ka kya scene hai? Lottery system hai ya allocated slots milte hain? Elderly logon ke liye ye sab bahut important hai. Kya wahan ki society manageable hai maintenance ke hisaab se? Any experiences ya advice please?

RERA number toh RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/510/242/2021/78 hai, which is good. At least registered hai. But green space ka kya karein agar bas naam ka ho? Main bhi Airport Road ke paas ek project dekh raha tha, wahan bhi green area ke naam pe bas 2-4 ped the. Elderly ke liye walking tracks aur benches bahut zaroori hain.
Bhai, Suncity ka track record Gurgaon mein thoda mixed raha hai. Especially, jo projects ongoing hain, unme delays ki khabar aati rehti hai. Iska possession date 2025 hai, but usme bhi doubt hai agar construction speed yahi rahi toh. Mera ek dost Badshahpur mein ek project mein phasa hua hai, 2 saal se possession nahi mila. Budget ₹77 L – ₹1.2 Cr hai, toh is range mein aur options bhi dekh sakte ho, thoda research kar lo pehle.
Dekho, delays toh hote hain, especially post-COVID. But Harera registration hai toh thoda bharosa rehta hai. Suncity Vatsal Valley ka construction pace abhi toh decent lag raha hai, maine recently visit kiya tha. Price range bhi theek hai for independent floors near Baharampur Naya. Agar aapko location suit karti hai toh ek baar site visit kar lo. Don't just go by rumors.
Kaunsa project hai Badshahpur wala? Naam bata sakte ho?
Bilkul, main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Ongoing projects mein delays common hain. Builder ke past projects ka research karna bahut zaroori hai. ₹1.2 Cr mein toh aur options mil sakte hain.
Suncity Vatsal Valley ka naam maine bhi suna hai. Original poster ki tarah, mujhe bhi green spaces aur parking ki tension hai. Gurugram mein har jagah concrete jungle hi dikhta hai. Kya sach mein wahan family ke liye open area hai ya bas brochure mein hi hai? Aur parking ka toh bura haal hai sab jagah, allocated slot milte hain ya fight karni padti hai?
Mujhe pata chala hai ki parking ka system allocated slots ka hai, but numbers limited hain. Guest parking ka issue rehta hai. Green area theek-thaak hai, bahut zyada nahi, but better than some other projects in Baliawas.
Sahi kaha, green space bas naam ke hote hain. Parking ka toh har project mein rona hai.
