₹80,000 rent har mahine is just burning cash. Suncity Vatsal Valley ke Independent Floors dekh raha hu, ₹90 lakh mein. Completed hai, but I hear mixed things. Everyone glorifies the location, but daily life mein schools aur market kitna convenient hai? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Matlab, log bas price point dekhte hain, actual living experience ki baat koi nahi karta. Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! Location looks great on paper but daily commute, school drop-offs, market access... that's the real test. Been looking near Badshahpur myself and it's a whole different vibe. Feels like these projects are designed more for investment, not actual living.
