Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. I'm looking at properties in the 'Luxury Homes' corridor, but honestly, pricing ka samajh nahi aa raha. Metro aur expressway developments ka kya real impact hua hai yahan? Some brokers say prices shot up, but others bolte hain it's just hype. Which specific pockets in Luxury Homes have actually seen genuine appreciation due to better connectivity? And is it still a good entry point now, ya late ho gaya? Any advice from experienced people would be great.

Same bhai, I visited Sector 150 last month. The 'Luxury Homes' tag sounds great but prices are just... something else. Lagta hai sab connectivity ke naam pe inflate kar rahe hain. Metro toh abhi puri tarah operational bhi nahi hui hai na?
Haan bilkul! Metro ka impact abhi limited hai. Real estate mein toh future potential pe hi prices badha dete hain. I heard about some projects near Alpha-II Commercial Belt that also saw a spike, but that was actual development, not just future
