Spent Sunday checking 'Premium Builders' corridor. Prices seem high yaar. I'm in real estate, but for my own 3BHK, I'm confused. Is this micro-market still undervalued ya peak kar gaya? Kaun se projects mein abhi bhi value hai?

Bhai, this is exactly why we need to be extra careful. My friend got stuck with a similar 'new but reputed' builder near Anand Vihar. They promised the moon, but the project got delayed by 3 years. Possession mila nahi abhi tak, aur EMI bhi jaa rahi hai. Track record is EVERYTHING, especially if you're putting your life savings.
