Sunder Homes Basai: Did I overpay for my 3BHK?

My 3BHK from Sunder Homes in Basai finally got OC last month. Total cost hit ₹1.8 Cr, way up from the ₹1.5 Cr quoted initially. Stamp duty and registration alone were a shocker, plus some weird 'infrastructure development charges' at possession. Honestly, felt like things nobody told me earlier. Did I overpay? Are there still areas in Sohna where you can find genuine price correction, maybe away from the main SPR push? Or is everything just inflated now?
