Baliawas area looks great, but Sunder Homes just sprung so many extra charges. The 'budget beyond property price' is hitting hard. PLC, maintenance, IFMS... I had no idea these would be so high. Is this normal for Gurgaon? Feeling totally blindsided. What hidden costs did you face?
