Sunder Homes or Pyramid: How's the post-booking support?

Just moved into my place in DLF Phase 5 last month, and already thinking about a second investment property near Dwarka Expressway. My current builder's post-possession customer support isn't great, honestly. I'm looking at Sunder Luxury Floors in DLF Phase 2 or Pyramid Palm County. Has anyone had direct experience with Sunder Homes or Pyramid Infratech? Specifically, how was their customer support *after* booking? Did they actually deliver all the promised amenities, or were there many cuts? Also, how was their on-time delivery track record for their projects? Trying to avoid future headaches.
