Sahi keh rahe ho U7. Mera dost Airport Road pe ek aise hi 'luxury builder floor' mein phas gaya tha. Project mein 6 units the, bola tha gym, lounge sab hoga. End mein ek chhota sa room banaya, usko gym bolte hain. Maintenance itna high ki पूछो मत, because cost 6 families mein divide ho rahi thi. Beware of these small projects.
