Sunder Luxury Floors: Is the DLF premium just for the address?

Okay I'll say what no one says – even I, a broker, am finding Gurgaon property confusing for *myself*. Everyone glorifies Sunder Luxury Floors DLF Phase 2 for its location and 'luxury' tag. But at ₹3.80 Cr, is it actually a good *home* for daily living, or just good on paper for resale? Mujhe lagta hai, you pay mostly for the DLF name, not necessarily a great community vibe or genuinely useful amenities. Daily life mein kya milta hai, not just brochure mein. Is the roi-potential really there? Change my mind.
