Sunder Luxury Floors: Real living experience?
After years of seeing properties for clients, actually buying for myself is tough. I'm looking at Sunder Luxury Floors in DLF Phase 2. They're asking around 3.8 Cr. On paper, it looks decent, but I know how builders can spin things. The carpet area ratio seems okay, but I'm worried about the actual usable space. Has anyone lived there? Does the layout feel cramped or genuinely spacious for a family? Also, what's the real scene with schools nearby and daily grocery runs? Not sure if it's just good connectivity or actual walkability. I'm trying to get beyond the marketing brochures. Is it genuinely a good home, or just a good investment? What's the community like? Any noise issues from nearby roads or construction? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I just want honest, ground-level opinions.
