Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge to buy. Everyone glorifies Sunpura ki future bohot bright hai because of Jewar Airport. But honestly, I think it's all hype. What's the *real* investment potential there for a 2BHK, say around ₹65L? Log bolte hain prices will shoot up, but I'm not seeing solid reasons beyond just the airport. Resale market ka kya scene hai? Agar 3-5 saal mein bechna pada, will it actually give good ROI ya fas jaunga? Schools aur hospitals ka kya scene hai? Families ke liye yeh kitna important hai, aur wahan options kitne ache hain? I don't want to buy into future promises that never materialize. Change my mind.
