Visited Sunshine Infrawell projects last week, looking for a 3BHK in Noida Extension. Initial quote for a ₹1.2 Cr flat sounded good. But yaar, the hidden charges for PLC, parking, and maintenance deposit are insane. Total all-in cost is jumping almost 15-20% higher. How do you guys manage these surprise costs? Kya ye normal hai?

Bhai, totally relatable! Hum bhi Noida Extension mein dekh rahe hain aur same problem. Builders quote karte kuch hain, aur final figure mein toh sir ghoom jaata hai. Yeh PLC aur parking ka drama sab jagah hai. Kya karein yaar? It's like they intentionally hide these costs.
