Ajayabpur side mein bhi builders ne kaafi promises kiye the but delivery mein bahut delay kiya. OC check karna Vanalika ka sabse pehle.

Totally agree. OC toh critical hai. Mera ek friend Alistonia Estate mein phasa hua hai OC ke chakkar mein, 2 saal se ghar mein shift nahi ho paaya. So, OC is non-negotiable for me.
